Xin Ai Chinese Comfort Food is a Chinese restaurant in Chiang Mai, operated by Techathat Kunakulhansa (Jay) and Temtrong Inyasri (Trong). We focus on refined Chinese comfort food, crafted  with precision and quality ingredients.

Story

Xin Ai หมายถึง ความรักจากใจ ร้านนี้เริ่มต้นด้วยความตั้งใจของคุณเจและคุณตรองที่ต้องการทำอาหารดีเหมือนที่เราตั้งใจทำให้คนที่เรารักกิน เริ่มต้นจากการเป็นร้านข้าวมันไก่ จนกระทั่งได้เพิ่มอาหารจีนที่มากขึ้นเข้ามาในร้าน ตามความต้องการของลูกค้าที่อยากให้ทำอาหารดี ๆ มาให้กิน

อาหารของ Xin Ai มีพื้นฐานมาจาก

อาหารกวางตุ้ง (Cantonese) – รสชาติสมดุล นุ่ม ละมุน

อาหารเสฉวน (Sichuan) – รสชาติลึก มีมิติ ชัดเจน

ทุกจานถูกพัฒนาให้เป็น Comfort food ที่เข้าถึงง่าย แต่ยังคงมาตรฐานของอาหารจีนที่ดี

Xin Ai means “love from the heart.”
The restaurant was founded with the intention of creating food that we would genuinely want to serve to the people we care about.

What started as a focus on Hainanese chicken rice gradually expanded, as we listened to our customers and introduced more dishes that people truly wanted to enjoy.

The foundation of Xin Ai’s cuisine comes from:

  • Cantonese cuisine — balanced, light, and refined

  • Sichuan cuisine — bold, deep, and full of character
